We realize that life happens. Because we have multiple trips scheduled throughout the day, we usually are on a tight schedule, making it not difficult to extend your trip if needed. If our schedule is open we will always allow you to book an extra hour.

Currently we are not equipped to tow anything behind our boats.

You are responsible for any damages caused to the boat by you or your other passengers.

WEEKDAY CANCELLATION POLICY (Monday-Thursday): Less than 48 hours will result in loss of the full rental amount.

WEEKEND CANCELLATION POLICY: $200 minimum cancellation fee charged for reservations canceled without at least 14 days notice. Less than 48-hour cancellation notice you will be liable for the full rental amount.

HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY: $200 minimum charge on ANY cancellations. Less than 48 hours cancellation notice you will be liable for the full rental amount

A 20% Gratuity is required at the end of your booking given to your captain Via Cash, Venmo, Cash app, Zelle.

I certainly wish we could control the weather. Since we can’t, we don’t expect you to either. In case of bad weather, and we can’t get you out on the water you will receive either a partial or full refund.

Say we’ve been on the water for the majority of your booking, at this point you would receive a partial refund. The partial refund would consist of the remaining hours you have left scheduled in your booking.

If there happens to be thunder and lightning at the time of your booking, and we are unable to safely get you out on the water, you will be refunded in full.

Each boat comes with its very own lily pad, noodles, and life jackets for your floatation needs, bluetooth radio, and our friendly staff to help you with anything you need out on the water.

Glass can be dangerous out on the water, so we recommend you stick to cans and plastic for the day.

We can take you anywhere on the lake! Generally we take you to a party cove on Lake Travis called ‘Devil’s Cove’.

Our location is approximately 30 minutes from downtown Austin (make sure to look at google maps for traffic).

There is not a restroom available on our boats, but we can certainly take you to a convenient store on the water that is less than 5 minutes away from the party cove.
